Students

A Seton Catholic education begins in the classroom, but it does not end there. It is our goal to not only educate the

mind, but the body and soul as to honor the whole person. We encourage all students to participate in at least one

extra curricular activity per year.

Outcome Standards

To expose each student to moral, religious, and social values according to Catholic Christian principles.

To enlighten the students’ intellects with the truth so that they can make mature decisions and assume

responsibility for their choices.

To develop an understanding of the mutual obligations and respect required between individuals and in society.

To prepare each student by appropriate guidance, both personal and group, to make a proper choice of a state of life according to one’s personality, ability and preferences.

To instill a refinement of manners, speech, dress and taste in keeping with Catholic Christian ideals, helping the students to appreciate and select what is good in art, literature, music, drama and entertainment.

To give the students experience in good sportsmanship and teamwork; to strengthen the mind and body through participation in physical education and inter-scholastic sports.
