For at least the next two year the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference and Mountain & Valley Athletic Conference soccer will become newly-formed Northern Soccer League. The

two conferences have been combined for both boys' and girls' soccer in the fall, with three divisions for each.

The re-alignment was prompted by both the changes in school enrollment that has occurred over the years and the amount of travel for schools.  The main objectives of this newly structured conference is to decrease travel and provide equality with regards to the size of each school's student enrollment.

All teams will play division opponents twice, with no league games scheduled outside their division. However, open dates have been established for nonleague games to allow geographically rival teams to play one another.

Seton Boys will play in Division II, competing against teams from Lake Placid,

Northern Adirondack, Chazy, Elizabethtown-Lewis, Willsboro, Westport.
